Are Axor helmets certified for safety?
Yes, all Axor helmets meet international safety standards, including DOT (US) and ECE 22.05 or 22.06 (Europe) certifications, providing high-impact protection for riders.
What is your return policy for helmets?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with all tags and protective films intact. For safety reasons, helmets that have been worn on the road cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
